SOP: Edit Posted SOP UDF
Normally the User Defined Fields and Tracking Numbers on a historical transaction are not editable so it is not possible to update this information once a transaction is posted. This Tweak gives selected users the ability to edit the SOP User Defined Fields & Tracking Number on posted transactions.
Setup
Navigation: Tools >> Setup >> Company >> Setup GP PowerPack
Mark the box next to TWK-SOP: Edit Posted SOP UDF*
This Tweaks has additional setup. Double-click on “Edit Posted SOP UDF*” to open the User Security Setup window (if you have access).
Enabling the Tweak creates a role called W5026EDITSOPUDF. Assign the role to users to give them permission to edit the information on posted transactions.
Restart Dynamics GP to enable this feature.
Using Edited Posted SOP UDF
Select a historical document then go to Additional >> Edited Posted SOP UDF.
