Service Call Links

To view the linked documents for each sales line item, click Line – Related Information – Service Call Links or click on the SERVICE CALL STATUS value on the sales line.

The Service Call Links page will list all purchase orders, receipts and transfer orders linked to the sales line.

If AUTO RESERVE is turned on, the extension will create inventory reservations during the Service Call Management workflow. See the Service Call Requirements section for more information.
