Locked Orders

When Preactor Integration exports orders it adds records to the MO Activity table. The Integration ID is used in place of the User ID, so the User ID column will show which Preactor Integration ID locked the MO.

A single order can be unlocked by selecting it and clicking DELETE.

If a Preactor Integration lock is selected and the DELETE INTERFACE LOCKS button is clicked, the Preactor Integration Locks window will open.

The normal function of Delete Interface Locks is to delete ALL Scheduling Interface locks. The Preactor Integration Locks window will delete only the locks created by the selected Integration ID.

The Preactor Integration Locks window can also be accessed from the Extras menu on Manufacturing Order Security, or via Tools >> Utilities >> Manufacturing >> Preactor Integration Locks.
