* PO Document IDs: (1) Added a setup option to control if the system remembers the last used PO Document ID or requires the user to select it each time, (2) Fixed an issue with the PO Doc ID-Site linking where in Purchase Request Resolution if you had NO sites linked it was not allowing using any site, it should have allowed all sites.
