* SOP Number to MO Number: Added a control to prevent inserting new SOP lines between existing lines if any of the lines below are already linked to an MO. Because this tweak uses sequential numbering of the MOs based on the SOP lines, inserting a SOP line before a line linked to an MO would break the numbering sequence.
