Sales Order Service Calls
The Service Call Management fields are in the WLW Service Call Group.

SERVICE CALL – When entering a sales order, to enable service call functionality, toggle this switch on.
SERVICE CALL STATUS – This field is not editable. It will update as sales line items flow through the service call statuses. The status in the sales header will display the lowest status.
TECH LOCATION – Enter the technician location that will be performing the service. When a tech location is provided, all sales lines added to the document will automatically use it.
SERVICE CALL COMPLETED – When the technician is finished with the service order and it is ready to be invoiced, toggle this switch on.
SERVICE CALL COMPLETED DATE – When the above toggle is switched on, the date will automatically be recorded.
