Excel – Routing

Excel Map – Routing

SHEET 3. The first row must have column headers. Data should begin in row 2.

Column

Description

(A)

MONumber

MONumber that matches the MOHeader record.

(B)

Sequence

Sequence Number that matches the MOHeader record.

(C)

Routing Sequence Num.

Routing Sequence Number. Must match a Routing Sequence Number from the Routing used by the MO. If you have leading zeros, put an apostrophe in front of the Routing Sequence Number entered into Excel—this will force Excel to treat it as a string. For example, 010 should be entered ‘010

(D)

Setup Time

In hours with up to 5-decimal places (0.00000).

(E)

Labor Time

In hours with up to 5-decimal places (0.00000).

(F)

Machine Time

In hours with up to 5-decimal places (0.00000).

NOTE: The Routing Import must have Routing Sequences that match the “default” routing created for the MO specified in the MOHeader. For example, if Routing Sequence “100” exists on the Routing, and is in the Excel worksheet, then the values in the worksheet will override the defaults from the routing. Which is to say, the import can provide “actual” labor/machine time for a routing sequence. The import cannot create NEW routing sequences.
