User Defined Entry

Navigation: Transactions >> Inventory >> MO Entry >> Goto Button >> User Defined Fields

Select a Manufacturing Order then open the User Defined Entry window.

The fields in the left column are all string fields. If a list of values is defined for the field in UDF Setup then you will be allowed to enter only those values—new values cannot be entered on the fly. If a list of values is NOT defined then the lookup button on the User Defined Entry window will be disabled and the you can enter anything—it is a free text entry field.

Only fields with labels are editable on the User Defined Entry window.
