Dynamics BC Tariff Management is a solution for automatically calculating and applying tariff and duty surcharges on sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Tariff Management provides an extensive degree of configuration to suit your needs. A Tariff Code can be a user defined identifier, a country code or an HTS Code. Tariff and Duties can be calculated as percent of value (either cost or price) or a specific amount per weight.
An unlimited number of tariff codes can be assigned to each item and Tariff Management can use production or assembly bill of materials to explode through the layers of the sales item to calculate tariffs on the components.
Create an unlimited number of Tariff Codes. If HTS Codes are used the software will automatically pull descriptions and current rates from the US Government website.
Assign multiple Tariff Codes to each item. The total amount of tariff/duties for an item can be based on multiple additive codes.
Tariff Code assignment integrates into the Item Card.
The Tariff Management Module tracks the Sales Line Item-Tariff Code details.
