Registration

The Registration page displays the Registration status of the extension. The extension will be activated for 30 days from the installation Date. While in Trial mode, the days remaining will be displayed at the top of the extension pages.

REGISTER BUTTON

After purchasing the product, WilloWare will send a reg key file. Use the Register button to import the reg key file. If the key is configured correctly, the Status will update to Active and the Expiry Date will be set for one year from when the key was created.

If the key was invalid, the issue will be displayed on the screen. Possible causes include:

1. The Tenant ID on the key does not match the Tenant ID from this page.
2. The Serial Number on the key does not match the Serial Number from this page.
3. The App ID does not match the App ID for Tariff Management.

REQUEST A KEY

To request a key from WilloWare, click this button to send a support ticket with your request. The ticket will include your Tenant ID, Serial Number and extension you wish to register. Requesting the key from this window may reduce reg key errors from incorrect copying of IDs.

The contact name and email on the Registration page will be used by WilloWare and we will respond within 24 hours.
