| SEQUENCE1 | This column is the Key for the table.
This should match MCTEHdr.SEQUENCE1 |
| SEQNUMBR | This is a line number for the MCTEItems table. It should start at 1 for each new SEQUENCE1, and increment by 1 for each new line item on the Issue transaction. |
| ITEMNMBR | Required.
The Item Number must exist in IV00101. If it does not it will be reported as an error. |
| ORIG_DOC_NUMBER | Not used at this time. |
| ORIGSQNCLINE | Not used at this time. |
| LOCNCODE | Required.
Issue From Site. The combination of Item and Site must exist on the Picklist for the MO. If it does not it will be reported as an error. Failing this validation could mean the Item-Site is not on the Picklist (PK010033), or, the Item and/or Site are invalid. |
| QUANTITY | Required.
This must be greater than zero, and the decimal place value, if any, must be compatible with the Item’s QTY Decimals setting. For example, 1.25 is invalid for an item with zero decimal places. This will be reported as an error. |
| UOFM | Not used at this time.
All transactions will occur in the UofM assigned on the Picklist. |
| AutoSelect | TRUE (1) – inventory will be selected from Bins and/or serial/lots as needed to meet the Quantity in MCTEItems. Do not populate MCTEItemDtl.
FALSE (0) – bins/serials/lots must be provided in the MCTEItemDtl table if required. |
| StrFrom/StrTo fields | Not used at this time. |
| PickedBy | If populated this will be entered on the Pick Document Line “Picked By” field. This is not required. It does not have to be a GP User ID. If left blank it will be defaulted from the MCTEHdr.PickedBy field. |
| PickedDate | If populated this will be entered on the Pick Document Line “Date Picked” field. This is not required. If left blank (1/1/1900) it will be defaulted from the MCTEHdr.PickedDate field. |
