MOGenV2 Rebuild Picklist

See the MOGenV2 Updates section for the rules controlling whether rebuilding the picklist will be allowed.

  • If Outsourcing PO Links exist it will void the links
  • If Outsourcing Shipment Links exist it will void the links
  • It will NOT run if the MO has been Issued, Allocated or has Data Collection AND Manufacturing is NOT set to Allocate On Release.
  • It will NOT run if the MO has been Issued or has Data Collection AND Manufacturing is set to Allocate On Release.
  • If the MO has been Allocated and NOT Issued AND Manufacturing is set to Allocate On Release, it will unallocated the MO
  • It will NOT run if the MO has NOT been Scheduled
  • The routine that runs is the same process that occurs when you click the Build Picklist button on Manufacture Order Entry.
  • The Required Date, Draw From and Issue To are set during this process. Required Date change takes into consideration the Work Center Calendar Down Days and also the Lead Time Offset settings.
  • If Manufacturing is set to Allocate On Release, creating the Component Transaction Entry “Allocation” transaction occurs during RebuildPicklist.
