SHEET 4. The first row must have column headers. Data should begin in row 2.

20-character upper-case string. |
NOTE: If an MO Receipt is to produce just one serial number, it can be provided in the Serial/Lot Number column of the MOHeader worksheet. If an MO Receipt is to produce more than one serial number, all of the serial numbers should be recorded in the SerialNumbers worksheet.
