Find table information for a WilloWare product by using the “Resource Descriptions” in Dynamics GP.
Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Resource Descriptions >> Tables.
Click the Resource Lookup button shown below:
In the Table Names window select the WilloWare product (i.e. GP PowerPack). There may be tables in several different Series (i.e. Sales and Inventory), so check each of Series for tables.
View By: setting this to “By Table Physical Name” sorts the list in the same order the tables appear in SQL Server.
Click the PRINT button to print this list for reference.
Select a table then click OK to view detailed information about the table.
Note that “GPS_Reserved” is not actually in the table. This refers to the DEX_ROW_ID column that is in every Dynamics GP table.
