Open the Item Country window from the Tariff Setup window.

Set up the information you want to load into this window by using Excel. As shown above it should have three columns.

Column 1: Item Number
Column 2: Country Code
Column 3: Weight (if not used, zero)

Select the three columns (no header) in Excel, then click the PASTE button on the Item Country window. Once there is data in the window the existing records can be modified in the window or deleted. New records can only be added by pasting from Excel
